At Heretic Parfum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural fragrance experience. We offer returns or exchanges on full-sized bottles within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Prepare Your Package
Ensure the fragrance is in its original box and shrink-wrap; please note that discovery sets and opened bottles are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our alchemy lab inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
